Your watch is warranted by the Factory for a Period of 24 months and up to 3-5 and 10 years for specific brands such as Omega Longines and Oris. During the guarantee period by providing a warranty card, only then you have the right for your watch to be sent to the factory for a free repair.
The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
-the life of the battery when it runs out.
-normal wear and tear and usage e.g. scratched crystal, colour changes on metallic bracelet or leather or rubber, broken crown etc.
-any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abusive usage and accidents which are proven that are not by mistake.
-the watch miss handled by a non authorized watchmaker who has caused damage.
Once we have received your watch, we will examine the watch thoroughly and call you to give a final quote, so that you can give us authorization to begin the watch repair or service. Once complete, your watch will go through quality control for a variety of inspections.
From the date you give us the go-ahead to service, If the work is completed internally, a full watch service typically takes between 1–2 weeks to complete depending on the condition of the watch and on the availability of parts.
Yes we can order any other model you wish from the factory which would take an average of 4-5 weeks to arrive.
