SHIPPING

With every purchase you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 working days for all orders to process. Usually all orders will be shipped out on the next working day during normal weekdays, Monday to Friday. Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. For all shipping, please include your contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are
any problems with delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 working days, please contact customer service 00357-24654506. For insurance and extra cover please email us at . Usually we send packages with Akis Express and therefore it’s best to state at which location is your preference for pickup.

DELIVERY WITHIN CYPRUS

We send the product to your nearest Akis Express on the next day after payment. Transport cost all over Cyprus are free of charge.

SHIPPING ABROAD

We deliver to your door. Delivery is estimated around 2-3 working days from dispatch. Transport costs will vary for each Country and shall be indicated during checkout payment.

TAXES

All international customers are responsible for customs import taxes and duties within their own country (eg non European). We will include an invoice with each parcel stating the full amount of each product.

RETURN POLICY

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The watches must be unused and in a new condition as purchased. All watches must be returned to us in their original, unworn, not scratched condition. All watches must be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags included. However we do not cover the shipping cost for returning items outside of Cyprus. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange your watch for a different brand or reference, you will need to send your original watch back to our store. Once we have received your return, we will immediately send you the new product you want to exchange. Our store has no cash refund policy, alternatively credit vouchers or an exchange of product can be arranged. We accept returns and exchanges within a 14-day period. However we do not cover the shipping cost for returning items outside of Cyprus.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE GOODS

All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. If a watch is damaged or defective, customer service needs to be notified within 1-2 days for an order replacement of a new watch if it’s in stock, or else a new order has to be made according to availability (unless it can be repaired). We guarantee that the products you have ordered are in good condition when you receive them.
